PSAA (Professional Service Advisors Association) was created as a training organization dedicated to improving Service Advisor skill sets while preparing them for a rewarding career in the automotive service industry. We believe being a Professional Service Advisor means “to serve”.

Scott Sargeant, our Training Director and Video Instructor, has over 35 years of Service Advisor, Service Manager & Fixed Ops Director experience, and presents these courses in many short, precise videos. Scott is very candid and has a “real world” approach to helping Service Advisors learn while explaining how these courses help to develop and enhance the Service Advisor skills that are required to be successful.
